It's been 2 years since I lost the password for my CrossFire account and I no longer have access to my old account email address and despite several support tickets I never got a response

    1. Mod's don't have any powers outside forum and discord, can't check or solve support tickets, only support staff can.
    2. If you already send a support ticket -> account administration -> account recovery , then you should wait for an answer , keep in mind support is not online during weekends and other holidays, and tickets are solved in same order as received, see this Q&A :

    P.S. On support page -> click "view tickets" -> "view resolved tickets" ( just in case your ticket was answered and closed )
    Else if your ticker was a long time ago (as more then two weeks) and remain unanswered you can send a new recovery ticket again.
