Some about crossfire...

Hey guys, wondering if it still anybody there but i don't think anybody even speak loud about this. Like game like crossfire with such a good history is literally falling down, because i see nobody even care anymore. 0 GM contact, 0 reply 0 anything... Even if somebody type anything on discord is getting instant muted. I also will write this thread on reddit so atleast it will be not deleted like last time, when guy like me which is OG player from 2009 is getting muted and banned on discord for speaking truth about your game. 


So how it look like from perspective of a guy which play this game and not sit on discord and just trashtalk with everyone:

I cameback to play again after long break in this game, because i saw it was some changes, i was talking with friend, and he told me a lot of things changes, especially communication etc... After few hours (around 100) this is what i found

- 0 contact with any GM
Around 10 years ago, when you wanted to contact with GM, you just typed ingame with him and he would answer on every question you had, right now its impossible, even im waiting right now about 2 weeks to answer me 1 simple question on ticket and still nobody caresXD
I checked the [GM] prefix in ranking and i saw there is maybe 8 ppl with this prefix but maybe 2 active for 2 hours daily, its kinda sad when you have big community like this.

- 0 improves about anticheat
Everyone favourite thread; Like literally no racism or anything but like i saw 60% of your community is egyptian ppl, its impossible to talk with them if you don't know arabic language XD, and as made statistic in last few weeks 4 on 10 egy people dont even care just going full rage hack and dont get any consequences about it. You rather make another vvip weapon instead invest in anticheat, its not that much cause i worked in some games so its not that much to leave some cash to improve ac instead of wasting money on another worthless event or whatever you do with this money XD

Finally, cause i can't take this anymore - in 1 ranked match above mythical rank it's impossible to get less than 4 guys going full rage spamming walls and not getting detected after MONTHS of playing like this, idk they getting immunity for getting banned if they have VVIP weapons or you even dont watch any report system and any replay videos in your ticket list XD. Shame on you literally lazy guys...

As i mentioned at the beginning - discord, it's my favorite. I type in offtop (because its blocked everywhere else) that ranked que its impossible to play and i want as consumer to do about it and i got blocked and banned by some kid that is saying "It's not a place for this, make a ticket and sumbit it" - It will be everything okay but i make a ticket, i will get respond in around 2 weeks(MAYBEXD) and after 2 weeks maybe i can play again. If it is a problem make a live chat then instead mad kiddos on discord which are ugly nerds...

As you can see everything is about ranked que, and it's true, because i love competetive but its hard to watch this game died cause i have sentiment to this game but i get literally pissed of after i can't do **** about it and nobody cares about this game anymore.

1. Is only your personal point of view and not entierly objective ( anticheat is updated more then we know BUT cheat creators "fight" to came back faster then devs can update again because what a "surprise" are a lot of more players willing to spend their money on cheats then to do better things ( and no need to spend in game - they can spend their own money on many other things but they choose to support cheat creators ).

2. Cheaters are present in all possible games (especially in FPS games) - is a constant fight to detect and ban them ( as you may search on internet other big games keep try and still fail ) anyway for the moment there is no 100% sure and safe detection to apply, any protection can be bypassed at some point - so for the moment as players we only have two options : in game report ( this option work only for obvious cheaters ) and savegame to send a hack report.
Hack reports don't get a reply after are reviwed ( is z8 side rule ) but cheaters are banned on daily basis and even if take more time then we like to think should take after a report was send ( maybe is because of the high amounts of report tickets / day ). 

3. As for discord server side : it have it's own rules, still you can find support for some game problems or errors but in the end if those tips don't work for you then you need to send a support ticket because discord server not intended to be used for 1v1 support or to report cheaters.
Banned discord users can send a DM to any MOD on discord to find ban reason, and not a single MOD or GM on discord are kids,  "younger" ones are old enough to have their own kids.

1. It's not my personal POV, it's even egypt guys which can't speak english fluently POV. The devs are more willing go fix a bug on z&m ranked which gave you around 80k exp per 7 minute gameplay and ban farmers instead of people ruining the game.

2.  Dude, right now you made me laugh a lot. Whole community which play ranked que only or there are above mythical level can count from their memory atleast 30+ players only atm which are going full rage not even playing legit or anything. They have vvip accounts and literally no one cares. They are getting around ATLEAST 10-15 reports in game daily, not even talking about saved replays. 1 guy still after 2 months is going full rage hack no cap and not even going to slow. That's true, maybe instead of survey about "playing comp" you will focus and finally make a team which supports players WHICH want to go comp, but they can't because they have it deep in their ass after playing 4-5 matches at some level.

3. You're right maybe i went to far with this discord sentence, i was pissed of. Ngl that was useless so im sorry, but get my point of view also, last thing after 12hour work is getting pissed of by cheaters and i can't even ask for help on only live chat i have in my hands. 

Atleast you have balls to reply to this post, wish you luck. But hear me out and forward this higher, fix your game and focus on your community first because the people make community, not another VVIP gun. cy@

I can understand your frustration especially related to ranked, BUT keep in mind: 

Not all players are affected by ranked d/c problem, and each affected player MUST send a support ticket to report-it ( ticket should include internet IP, ISP name and location in ticket), because only support collect and sort those info AND can see how many affected players are and if belong only to a country or a region ...etc , is important because this will also pointing devs to the right direction on fixing this problem.

Related to cheaters: game protection is on another dev team (not on GM's or Mod's LoL), and yes they also need info ( mostly extracted from hack report tickets ) to proper update game protection - and hack reports are handled only by support staff , not MODs, therefore i can only presume are tons of tickets resulting in a longer time until a specific report is reviwed.

AND the idea of a "patrol team" to ban cheaters is not new - sadly for the moment is not possible, the conclusion was only a team of z8 employees will be truly neutral vs. a team of players that may ban someone for other reasons ( as perrsonal disputes, etc ) - so for example you won't be happy if the players patrol team will ban your account only because someone from the team did not like you in game or have something personal against you - so yes for the moment at least this idea of a patrol team is not possible to be made.

P.S. Personally when i see i can't play ranked ( whatever is the reason - but especially if are many cheaters present) - then i don't play ranked for a while, or at least try 1 game / week , because is obvious i will only loose points - and keep trying same thing against all odds is useless.

Man, I feel you. I came back to Crossfire after a long break too, hoping for some good changes. Back in the day, I remember GMs were always around to help out, but now it’s like they’ve vanished. I waited two weeks for a ticket reply and got nothing. And the anticheat is a joke—hackers everywhere, especially in ranked. I tried to bring it up in Discord and just got banned for speaking out. It’s like they don’t even care about the game anymore. It’s really disappointing to see something I used to love go to crap like this.
