I lost my account from 2 years ago i comed from cfeu and i startd this account from more the 5 years so i cant remember many of informationen of the accont what shuld i do?

I left the game for a period of time out of sadness about my account and because the support team did not help me recover it, but I missed the game and now I play with a new, weak account.
