The ability to sell mercenary pass permanent weapons?

There are two types of permanent mercenary pass weapons, one is the premium reward(s) which are often used to complete collections and there are the normal GP pass reward(s), and as these do not actually have a collection and whatnot what if you were able to sell your permanent weapons acquired from mercenary pass for mercenary pass marks that you can later on use on the bounty shop?
