Can be multiple reasons, made a print screen of the error message, add to a zip archive and send a support ticket where to describe the problem and attach the archive.

I have a same issue: Can't install because the file RF017.REZ is corrupted.

same here, just as of today, when updating cf it wouldnt get pass rf017.rez, tried to reinstall but samething
