Connection problem in ranked mode 3025_5

Hello, yesterday I was playing Ranked and later I was kicked out of the game, I came back in, I received a login restriction sign due to the fact that I often left the game, then the next day I go into the game and click play Ranked, error 3025_5. If anyone knows a solution to the problem I will be glad.

you can try :

1. a router restart
2. in case you are using wi-fi , try use a LAN cable to connect laptop/pc on home router ( since wifi internal latency and packet loss may trigger those kind of errors )
3. check game to be added on all antivirus and firewall exceptions

If the problem keep happen then you need to send a support ticket , describe the problem and attach a game printscreen as zip archive.
