How can you get this haunting Every Day is Halloween Ribbon, you ask? It's simple! When you win a Halloween-themed weapon from a crate, you'll automatically claim this Ribbon. These themed weapons are designed to chill your opponents to the bone and give you an edge in the spookiest season of the year.

Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the howling ghost to deliver the ribbon to your inventory.
