Suport DirectX 12 or more windows 11 64 bits

I suggest you improve the DirectX 9.0 system, which is very old and doesn't work properly, please, 90% of players use Windows 11 or Windows 10, 64-bit version. I'm not saying to remove access to DirectX 9.0 for Windows 7/8, but I am suggesting a improvement in the Directx system, perhaps for directx 12 or 14 or higher, available for all players using Windows 11 64 bits or Windows 10, thus making the game smoother and faster.
