Is it fine to use a setting in my graphics driver to lock framerate at 60 frames per second?

Was wondering if it was against terms of use to use a setting called radeon chill in a driver made by AMD called Radeon Software to lock fps at 60? Haven't launched game yet with it enabled and don't want to get banned.
