Europe Server Test - Oct 3 to 5 @ 12 pm to 2 pm EDT / 18:00 to 20:00 CEST

Attention Mercenaries,

We are still testing the Europe servers and need again your help to come together simultaneously.

From October 3rd to 5th from 12 pm to 2 pm EDT, server time (18:00 to 20:00 CEST) join us and enjoy a 1,000 EXP/GP boost:

• October 3rd: Europe Alpha (Test)
• October 4th: Europe Bravo
• October 5th: Europe Foxtrot

Every minute played during those times on these servers on the specific day and time will be rewarded with 75 EP (up to 9,000 EP per day).

Games have to be completed (except ZM4 which also counts if incompleted) and passworded rooms don't count.

You can redeem your EP for some special summery crates on the CF Shop on all three days:

• CFS Energy Crate 5EA for 4,500 EP *
• CFS Triumph Crate 5EA for 4,500 EP *
• CFS Fervor Crate 5EA for 4,500 EP *

* Those crates are limited to 2 redemptions each per account.

We also would like to hear from you how your experience is on the test server. 

Submit screenshots showing your ping on the three servers and get 5 CFS Festival Crates if you follow these instructions:

1. Play a game each on EU Alpha, EU Bravo, and EU Foxtrot (doesn't have to be during the event)
2. Press TAB and take a screenshot by pressing PrtScr or Print of the match screen
3. Open a ticket before October 6 at the support center under 'CrossFire Support' -> 'Other' and use the subject "EU Server Test"
4. Attach the files as archive ZIP or RAR and press 'Submit'  - you will have to zip the 3 screenshots beforehand and you can find CrossFire screenshots by default at C:\Users\YOURPC\Documents\Cross Fire

Don't crop the screenshot and refrain from submitting multiple screenshots if your ping is not fluctuating.

The crate reward can only be earned once and double-submitted screenshots will not be counted.

EP will be distributed when earned - the crate reward for submitting the ping screenshots will be awarded on October 10, the end of the day.

Getting "1033_10136" error while trying to enter any room on server Alpha.

Don't have any issues with any other EU server.

when i try to send a ticket of this i get this:
"A Cross Site Request Forgery attempt has been detected; cannot continue with the required action.

Invalid department ID specified; please select a valid department."

1. the file size you wish to attach on support ticket is too big ( over 8 MB ) , or file extension is not supported.
2. try add the file to a zip or rar archive and attach the archvie on ticket.

Good afternoon GM, I want to tell you that I am having 200ping when playing on EU server in Canada. I am using bell as interenet provider, and my friend that is using rogers only had 100-115 pings. Is it possible to fix that? As there is very few player at NA.

welp this post shows for me or better said confirms it for me what i wrote before, but still anyone where knows is how to increase your ping is welcomed to write me in my DMs ( but loading a HD video in the background wont work for me, i will need  someone where knows how to limit the internet limit for a  programm like CF itself so instead with a 20 ping i can play like others with a 60+ ping itself, thanks if any DMs come in forwards)
