Attention Mercenaries,

We are testing a server on Europe Alpha and need your help to come together simultaneously.

On September 6th and 7th from 12 pm to 2 pm EDT, server time (18:00 to 20:00 CEST) join us on the custom server Europe Alpha (Test) and enjoy a 1,000 EXP/GP boost.
Every minute played during those times on this server will be rewarded with 75 EP (up to 9,000 EP per day).

Games have to be completed (except ZM4 which also counts if incompleted) and passworded rooms don't count.

You can redeem your EP for some special summery crates on the CF Shop on both days:

• Freezie Crate 5EA for 4,500 EP *
• Pinacolada Crate 5EA for 4,500 EP *

* Those crates are limited to 2 redemptions each per account.

We also would like to hear from you how your experience is on the test server. 

Submit a screenshot showing your ping and get 5 Water Crates if you follow these instructions:

1. Play a game on the custom server EU Alpha (Test)
2. Press TAB and take a screenshot by pressing PrtScr or Print of the match screen
3. Open a ticket before September 8 at the support center under 'CrossFire Support' -> 'Other' and use the subject "EU Alpha Test"
4. Attach the file and press 'Submit'  - you can find CrossFire screenshots by default at C:\Users\YOURPC\Documents\Cross Fire

Don't crop the screenshot and refrain from submitting multiple screenshots if your ping is not fluctuating.

The crate reward can only be earned once and double-submitted screenshots will not be counted.

EP will be distributed when earned - the crate reward for submitting the ping screenshot will be awarded on September 8, the end of the day.

To convert a BMP file to PNG, use the "Paint" application.

Step 1 - Open the BMP file with the "Paint" application.
Step 2 - Save the opened file as ".png" on your desktop.
Step 3 - You can now upload your image to your ticket.

this is some kind of joke and not a post
1) ping at all normal slightly overestimated from my 35 -40 it is 50 , frequent micro hangs 
2) in the game a huge pile of cheaters, the clan come in already with cheats to so much here naked some
  the result is nothing is not done so again need to complain about you in z8gmaes, and better write a huge on the change of GM then maybe at least some of the shifts will be in almost dead game

Bravo! well done devs  finally a step in the right direction I left after you switched the server locations 6 months ago and started to get ping increases good to see devs actually know their own game 

So is this an avg ping test to see which server should be used based on majority average ping?
Sincerely hope not, don't want to be negative but there's spikes in the server still with packet loss on server side I'd happily pay a subscription if you'd give access to a server without the packet loss spikes just saying
