Why is there no increased insurance in the accounts? Some people do not remember their account information because they were young and were very excited to play the Crossfire game. There is difficulty in insurance on the accounts and there is no understanding with support, so there must be phone insurance far from the insurance of gmail or yahoo email

Upon account creation all info you set are send to email used to create the game account.
Saving the email for later use is one of main duty of the account user - this is the game policy we agree with, if you lost those info is not possible to recover game account or change registered email using support.
You can reset game account pass using the current registered email - but you also need to be able to access the email ( except for yahoo email).
Supplementary you can add 2FA login (a security login code for website ) - this is an increased account security, but main account protection remain loginID + password, those info is forbidden to be shared with anyone else.
