Question for GM

I have one question why NA players are always have the PING problem I played before yesterday nothing happen and yesterday after morning my ping was normal and when I played evening the ping was going up to 300++.
So are you guys try to FIX and help NA players too you know we buy your VIPS too you know.
West don't have lot of NA players that why you guys don't care about us or something.

Just saying you know.

Me too bro, I’m live in Na and my ping in this morning just from 100-120 but in the night it’s up to 260, damn , i just bought more than 150k ZP to get the new set Vip Glory and now with that ping I’m facing a problem that i can’t play this game . Please fix that i don’t wan to waste my money for nothing . Ohh my money !

Usual tips : 
1. turn off home router for 3 minutes
2. add game to antivirus and firewall exceptions
3. always start game as administrator.
