We are aware of an issue where the collection reward COP.357-Chroma can be won from the Chroma 4 Crate. 

This was not intended but did not affect the win rate of the other weapons in this crate. 

We will resolve this issue with the next content maintenance and exchange the weapon if won in the crate with another weapon from that crate. This will be done at the same time as the September content update.

Why only US Wallet?

Because of Razer decision
Basically wallets on Euro can be only used for euro payments and wallets on USD can be used for payments on USD , since crossfire west use only USD - then you need a razer wallet on USD.
