If join at Rival faction chapter 2 the ribbon from Rival faction chapter will be removed?

I guess they'll add a new one, so it will be +1 ribbon in your collection. At least I hope so...

İ didn’t get any ribbon yet. İ take 100 crates. What can I do ?

No, any unlocked event ribbon are not removed.

The only ribbons can be removed are : 

Honorable Soldier ( you can lost in case of account investigation / ban ) 


Premium ( received when you buy premium mercenary pass - last until next mercenary season )


Mercenary pass ( received when you reach level 40 on mercenary season, last until next mercenary season )


Clutch Killes ( received when your KD ratio is above 2 - removed when K/D drop under 2 or you reset K/D )


Good Samaritan ( received for being active and helpfull community member / removed if you start act like as bad person )

New unlocked ribbons usually need 24 hours to appear on profile, if are still missing after 48 hours then send a support ticket.

Im pretty sure its the same ribbon as for chapter 1.

Complete chapter 1 + complete chapter 2 = rival faction ribbon ( if you don't have already unlocked from the previous rival faction event ).
