After login website -> top right ( where say Get ZP ) -> click "Get Free ZP"
Depending on your region you may have more or less ( or none) surveys / tasks available for you.
Those offers are hosted by other companies and you need to read terms and rules for each available offer ( as those who offer a high amount of ZP usually ask for a subscription service or aquire other services from them ..etc).
