My account get scammed... I sent the tickets and I was trying to recover it back. Due to the scammer changed my email, I cannot provide the current email address but other than that I provided all the correct information even the screenshot of my creation email that I received from Z8games when I created the account. unfortunately z8games GM keep closing my ticket and copy/paste the same reply to me instead of asking me any situations of the account.

Carefully complete each field from account recovery ticket, see explains on this answer :

For date fileds -> you have a small calendar icon next each field -> click the calendrar icon and select the date , this way the date will be written on expected format.

For registered email -> complete last registered email before account was lost ( is obvious you can't know actual registered email ).

If you still receive same answer THEN clearly you did not correctly complete informations OR you have wrong info.

I understand that… But can you guys at least tell me which question I filled out was wrong. So I can go find the correct answer. And instead of keep closing my ticket and use the same answer to reply me

we do not give account information, this include which information is right or wrong in sending ticket, this is for protecting account as anyone could start guessing. Stick to tickets if you do not have enough information you need to provide enough correct information to continue the process.
