So all I have to do is reach lvl 60 or wait until 8th of March and by then I must be at least lvl 60? 
Because I'm lvl 60 rn and I thought I'd have it once I reach it.

Thank you boss .. i have another question since i was away for years and there was no pass when i used to play.. the pass mark expired after the new pass starting or it still can be used
