These failures in the ranked mode already have time, today from 31 points that I had in Mythical rank I ended up with 15 only because a game error appeared twice in a row and I was penalized with points and the match that did work was very slow and I lost another 3 points. At those levels it is already very hard to get even 3 points per game won and I lose 15 points out of nowhere, I think that players deserve respect and a good game, I have spent too much money on zp, bingo, weapon vips, etc and what is what I get in return: frustrations, game engine crashes continuously, bad mood, waste of time, they just take our money and offer us crap.

You are absolutely right but they don't care about game.
Also you can see many cheaters in ranked.
They will never fix anything.
They are scam company.

@Zapada this is a "urban legend" if we can call-it like that, but i can tell you for sure that players caught cheating are always banned no matter if are buying or not ZP, no matter if don't have any VIP item or the account have 100 VIP items. Please save game and send a hack report ticket when you see players breaking game rules.
