Suggestion to Remove the 100-point Limit in Grandmaster/Epical/Mythical S&D Ranked

Can we launch a community vote to get rid of the 100 mythical point gap in S&D ranked? Reasons being: 
1. Our version does not have sufficient player base to make up the top of the ranked tier for this mechanism to work
2. It takes way too long for players with a lot of points to find a game
3. It also does not seem to be sensible that someone cannot queue with a player who is beyond this point limit, but they would still somehow be matched against each other in the same game.
4. There are only a handful of players who are constantly staying competitive on climbing and grinding for points, and they may have friends who do not play the game as much as they do. Thus, this point gap limitation inhibits our ability to enjoy games with all of our friends who might have a lot less points than us.
