how to get bulletproof jacket and helmet?

Yes, I known it's donate thing ([beep]?!), but we have a way to get it for free - oin ZM mode (zm2).
But there 2 reason, why many people leave this game: no one wants to donate, for [beep] bulletproof jacket, it's not okay to donate for this. So, they all goes to ZM2 and:
1. Game just CRASH on ZM2 or lag, and sooo much, that you just loose (RTX 3070 8gb, 16GB RAM, i7-11800H), and lagging same as crashing the game - only in ZM2, so problem not in PC, problem just in game, lol!
2. Even if you somehow win the game - you can't get this sh1t, coz winrate SOOOOOO LOW, that you need to spend entire life to get it and play like a normal player in EVERY other game.
[beep]???!
Pls repair all this, it's just crazy!
you alone make this game horrible and non-playable!
