Will the trade system back?

Is it permanently deleted or will it be restored some day?

Note quite sure which one you meant, however, the trade system where you could trade dolls, VFX effects, etc. will not be added again because of the bug abuse and problem caused because of it.
As for the weapons trade system (exchange market), it'll be added again at some point in the future for sure.

I haven't played this game for long time, another thing I noticed is that the send gift (to friend) option has also disappeared, when? why?

Send ZP as gift is possible ONLY using Prepaid Card option,  as PaySafe and other prepay services listed there.

As prepaid recharges cannot be canceled (buyback).

In the case of a canceled transaction, the service used asks for money back from z8 and the game account is banned until the money owed is paid, therefore you don't want a "friend" to ban your account after giving you ZP and then canceling the transaction.
