Guy's , what i have to do to unlock a9 vip from shop package ? that one with 10k . 
I allready bought 10k zp but it still say " Will be unlocked soon " or something like that . 
I unlocked just (ak vip , m4 jewerly and m4a1 space punk ).

I have to go off the account for 30 days and come back after this 30 day's to unlock it , or ?

Since you have already unlocked the first 3, the 4th and last package can not be unlocked unless you haven't logged in to the game for 30 days BEFORE the event was added.

Yes, it is mandatory to log in for at least 30 days within.
