This event its over y i have not this ribbon and complete half an hour every day, the seven days of the event

No one have the ribbon yet, and most like ribbon distribution did not start.
Usually should be in first 24 hours after event end.
If not receive the ribbon in 48 hours after is announced as being added on players profiles then you need to send a support ticket and ask about.
