Although it was calculated in another event, how did this happen?

Some events/trackers take longer than others to update, could be up to two hours, so unless the event was already over the two hours of playtime should be counted.

The event is already over so it's a bit late anyway, next time you experience such an issue it would be better if you send a support ticket (using this link: https://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/Submit)
You'd receive a much faster and efficient reply

Are you sure the time was correct, could be same day but the timezone difference.
