Do not play Ranked in EU South Server

Hi guys, I've played yesterday one Ranked SD game in the Eu Central Server no erros, no infinite loading screen, works perfectly. I think EU South Sever it's bugged and I have some errors searching game or loading.

For the Russians and EU people it is better central, in south the ping is higher
