Ping is higher

Since 1 week we germans got the problem that our ping went 25-35 higher. It might be dont sound horrible but it is. The game is anyway broken as hell with the Servers and to big ping diff with other countrys, but now we cant even switch fast weaopons or similar.

Please send a support ticket in regard with any problems or errors you have ( attach a print screen is also welcome ).
Support actually need all those details from tickets to better pinpoint the issue and forward to devs for a fix.
