Patcher not updated in downloads

Whatever version the patcher we extract from the sites downloads isnt updated enough for us to finish patching the game. it comes installed with x49 and needs to patch to x67.... when patching the game says failed to download patch file. either that or theres something wrong when clients are updating their software using the servers uplink.

P.S. As a test i dwnl and install CF on fresh windows 10 x64 ( old PC using intel gen 4) and let me choose the driver where to install game and work from first launch, so the problem you have may affect some users depending on other conditions ( as hardware , software ..etc ).
