You need chat print screen from game, add the image to a zip or rar achive and you will be able to attach the archive on support ticket .

I don't know where to post this, but I have noticed that starting today I have a constant 270 ping in EU servers when I usually have 110-120 ping. I'm from USA and there are more people that are having this same issue...
