Add Unblock for Ukraine

I have a friend, who lived in Ukraine, and he can't play in this CF (He cant login because game said, that problem with region). But now Ukraine is candidate in EU, and they can play in EU Crossfire. Pls, add Ukrainian localization play in this game.

CF West coverage area is related to distribution rights and other legal agreements.

Right now this is CF West coverage area :Red area are covered by other CF versions and can't be covered by CF West sametime.
