Skills menu in new ZM maps

My ~ button does not open the skills menu in ZM maps. The ~ button is near my enter key and I have to press "shift + ~ "to type it in chat. I have not been able to play the new maps due to this issue. Any solutions would be helpful and appreciated.

Most simple is to use a standard QWERTY keyboard , OR change default keyboard layout under windows to US-EN ( but other keys may also change location according to new layout )

Without changing anything, my "ö" key opens shop.
