pls help fix error

Hello all 
I have problem with CF game
Exact Error Message: When I click "play" to into game , it close table game and nothing happen
I tried sometimes but it still not working

I used "IObit Uninstaller" to uninstall crossfree game and deleted all file in registry with key words "crossfire"and "z8game"
then I install CF again but it still problem

Any can help , thank !

1.try to run game as admin.
2.make sure your country doesn't have it own version and isn't blocked from play this version.
3.try send a support ticket
