Give EU/NA players the same treatment that Egyptian players receive when it comes to purchases

It has recently come to my attention that players from the West (EU and NA) are not given the same opportunity to purchase items at a cheaper rate than players from Egypt for example. The majority of the time these payment providers are providing cheaper offers and packages to those ONLY within the Egypt region and possibly in other countries nearby. Players living in the West are often disregarded and ignored when they watch other players get stuff for practically half the price or less.

Most of the time players like me are having to pay full price on things such as ZP/VIP/ item packages. This simply should not be the case in any country whatsoever. We West players clearly feel alienated due to all of this going on. Players from both the West and East should NOT be looked at or dealt with any differently especially when it comes to payment methods and offers. Enough is enough and there should be big changes made to benefit everyone in the long run.

My suggestion is to allow players from the West to either be given the same opportunities and chances at getting stuff on the cheap, or alternatively Z8 Games (working with the providers) re-evaluate carefully on how they should really be treating players more fairly from all parts of the globe.

big +1 from me. does z8 simply not give a damn about its old EU / NA players anymore or why are they dividing the community and giving egy players easyer tasks and better offers as the rest. they need to re think their whole marketing strategie. because what this will do is make every person with a braincell count of 7 quit the game for good because they try to scam normal ppl out of their pockets by giving a majority a better deal

It's only from the payment services: to encourage players in its coverage area to use it, they sell ZP at a cheaper price and cover the difference so that z8 receives full payment.

Leaving aside the fact that the average monthly salary in Europe is approximately the full year's salary in those areas, the reduction offered by those services still has a greater impact on the player's monthly budget.

For example, you earn 1000 USD / month in Europe and you buy 100k zp with 80 USD -> 8% of the income.

In other regions you earn 200 usd / month and you can buy 100kzp with 50 usd -> 25% of the income (and this being sponsored).

P.S. And from what I hear (can't verify as i'm on EU area) that service would no longer be available on crossfire.

I do understand your point of view but we should then be allowed to buy ZP anywhere in the world since we can transfer money any where now days. other think As G3nobee mention that Egyptian or some of countries get 1/2 ZP amount pre cost of 100K , yes there pay rate is low cuz they may be 3rd world countries but that don't make take advance of player in NA or other location because we get more per hour or per year. we should be able to buy same ZP from other counties since we can transfer money internationally.
see in Egypt you can get 100K ZP + bounce within 720 GN which is equal to $39.99 ,then you have in USA we pay $79.99 for 100k ZP.
so i can be make $10 in hour but still barely making a little bit more than them if we do the match, plus cost living in USA and Canada is way more expansive than the other countries. they dont pay rent $2000 a month of gas price $6.50 a gallon etc.

They not care about the server situation lag and fps drop.
They not care about cheaters i met many cheater with 32557 ping and when try to kick them or report them you got error to windows.
They not care about macro programs and mouses in game and in s&d ranked.
Last seasson ranked ZM is full cheaters and they still not reset them.

And you think they will care about your money and how mush you will spend in game to buy and zp item or vip?
I started in CF EU version and they bring us in CF WEST.
CF WEST is the most garbage vesrion and game i ever seen.
If i started play in CF WEST i will not continue this game.

3 problems has now in WAVE mode.

1. macro users
2. mortar no deal damage to towers
3. panther card: Rocket when hit ground doesnt sounded. We reported  this bug many times but they never fixed it and say to us all work fine :P.

There is no point to continue, to be more clear If tomorrow Razer will decides to sell 100k zp for 50 USD,  all EU and NA players will be very happy indeed - while players from regions outside Razer coverage will not, but for each transaction Razer will cover the difference of 30 USD to z8 and no one can forbid it, is a decision taked on Razer side and not z8 side.

@TornadoWing - you can send those informations to support as forum rules don't allow any kind of accusations, but I think you already know that.

You have to understand one thing: as long as you keep investing money into this game they will not show any reaction. They have no reason to go into it as long as the money is flowing

Man you dont know too many things about wave and macro users.You still blame many of us for macro, players who never cheated at all.Also this post's suggestion isnt about wave mode or accusations,read it again and then try to comment!

That offer comes from 'one card' side not z8 - they do such an events every year on july in the remark of  eid ul adha holiday,they offer zp points and crates in lower price for a certain players and coverage the missing rest of the price to z8.

The holidays of months may-july on the muslim world are quiet equal to the october-december holidays for europe and the rest of the world (halloween-christmas).

The dollar rate is weak on these areas,the monthly average wage in egypt is 100-200$ a month,while is most of the oecd countries people earn more than that amount in 1 day...for some people 80$(100k zp)is nothing and just their pocket money,but for some it their monthly budget for food and other stuff and they can't allow to spend a whole month hard earned money on zp.
