Constant keyboard type change warning on game lobby screen

Hello there
I installed windows 10 pro and then I installed the game, I am constantly faced with the keyboard type change warning and the tab opens. But I cannot change the settings, sound, image etc. tab opens again in channels. I changed the keyboard type, I added a keyboard, it didn't work again, can you help me please?

It happen to when I re-download the game but only first time after every will good to go ")
