Ignored from GMs

My account has been hacked last saturday. they somehow changed my password and I guess my Email altho when I press "Forgot my password" a request comes to my Email and I change my password once again but STILL cant access the account.
I have sent 9 support tickets, I uploaded my ZP transactions from my paypal, paysafecard but STILL nothing. There is 1 GM and he is constantly closing my tickets, why? 

Like, where is the problem?

  • The answer is giving to you in the replies we sent, if you don't have enough correct information you won't be able to continue with the process. You can find some of the account information in the first email we sent to you when you created the account, sadly we do not give account information and we do not say which information is correct or wrong.
