Higher ping than normal

I’m noticing that my ping is not what it usually is lately after the last patch or before last patch. I tested my network and it is performing at the rate that I pay for so I’m wondering what is wrong with the servers now. I usually get 40 ping but now I’m getting 57. This is the only game doing this.

Hit and no damage all time.
Errors and bugs everywhere.
Full cheaters in weekends!

Kinda always been that way but I can understand some of that.
