Hey, well I know this won't be easy to be done idea but I guess its the best way to get crossfire to the old days we all miss
This suggestion is simple, just perform an unban to all accounts that own VIPS before or high ranks (not newly registered accounts that got banned for hacks)
This way will get crossfire huge players to come back or at least start giving 2nd chances to accounts that are worked on so people will come back.

No matter if your account owns a VVIP or not, even if you are Grand Marshall, that shouldn't and doesn't give you any sort of advantage above others. Whether those players are banned for hacking or even insulting, banned players are banned for a reason and it should stay this way. You are responsible for your actions / actions done using your account. I'm a No.

stupid statement of a simple person. For every sentence you need evidence, and GMs do not provide such evidence, they can punish whomever they want and when they want.

Support staff act according to actual game terms and conditions, this is not a private server where GM's can do whatever they like and when they like, they can't show you the evidence they found because ToS don't allowed ( one possible reason can be : next time the user will know better how to avoid being detected ).

BUT are allowed to tell you the ban reason if you send a support ticket and ask them.

P.S. According to ToS we agree with upon account creation : the legal owner of all game accounts is z8 company and players are only account holders, this statement involve a lot of other rights and obligations for z8 and for the player, you can read all here :
