FFA rifle mode only + (suggestion of gun nerfs)

Would be fun to play against people with rifle only. Since there is already sniper pistol and knife only mode in ffa wouldn't it be fair to have only rifle mode. The tmp and evo are too much to handle, in my opinion they need a nerf like removing the effect of getting slowed and ur screen shaking when getting shot by tmp or evo or even making the guns weight more, evo and tmp have same speed as holding a knife and its absurd to play against a weapon like that. If the nerf isnt possible , an rifle only ffa mode would be better.
