How to trade dollars by euro?

I am from portugal (euros not dolars) and when i go to the shop buy the zp appeard the cost is dollar what can i do if i dont know what can i put in game or etc.. help me pls

There are stands that exchange currency in pretty much everywhere.You can also do it on post office near your home.

Or just simply sign up a paypal account and add your card - when you do a purchase then the website(paypal)exchange for you.
