A few bots in this mode can prevent any team from making progress so the round only ends after the high time limit is up... Detection of bots is a problem in all modes but here there would be a very easy and simple solution: Thieves that dont start any task in the idle time limit will be auto kicked no matter if they move around or not. It could be implemented as personal urgent task with a visible timer since there should be some kind of warning. Once this task is done they can relax until next round.

This also has the benefit that players are motivated to do the missions target. Thieves who dont do any task all round dont understand the logic of the mode.
