I am getting fps drops and it makes the game unplayable

Usually my game gets 0-10 fps. Even i am supposed to get 60-100 fps. I reinstalled the game, put the game on lowest graphics and closed every app running in background but the issue still continues.
Here is my specs:
Nvidia Geforce 820M
8 GB Ram
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60 GHz
1 TB System Memory

Send a support ticket about the problem you have, include dxdiag.txt as zipped file
As far as my kwnoledge goes your hardware configuration seems to be main reason, the GPU dedicated memory did not help :

From my experience with different GPU's this game run smoother on GPU that have dedicatet memory with a bandwidth of 196 bits or higher ( it work ok on 128 bits , but worse FPS drops on 64 bits )
