Dean VIP Character allow disabling skill

I own the Dean VIP character and it has a special feature called WANTED which when you move your crosshair over the enemy player will bring up a popup, this popup makes it harder for you to focus/see the enemy especially the headshot area, which makes it unplayable if you want to actually focus in your game. I currently don't use it and use a default character because of this reason, all I'm asking for is the option to disable WANTED skill such as other characters/rings/weapons have the ability to disable some skills/extra features (Ammo, HP HUDS etc).
