My account gets hacked every year

I'm an inactive player and whenever I hop back on the game for some nostalgia dopamine every couple of years, my account password is changed and I can see someone's been playing because of all the temporary items in my storage. How is this possible?

Obviously someone else know correct loginID + password
First secure your PC : start with total scan to be sure you are malware / viruses free and your PC is safe to be used ( my personal choice is kaspersky rescue disk, a free to use bootable iso image), then back on windows you may use a windows antivirus, malware scan ..etc to chek again / OR just clean install windwos if are too many infections, is desirable to format all storage if is possible (be sure you back-up all important data to an external device) to be sure nothing suspicious remain.
Then secure all your emails ( change passwords, add security checks or 2FA if supported ..etc )
1. Recover your account :

• reset password using "Forgot Your Password" link : https://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.html
• In case will say account is unavailabe to recover means the registered email was changed, in that case the only remaining option is to send a support ticket -> account recovery ( provide required info and support will change registered email so you can reset password using a new email )

2. Secure the game account: change the password using a strong one ( don't use your usual passwords as those may be leakead ) AND be sure you store the password somewhere safe ( but no inside your PC , as in case of an infection it can be leakead again ).

   BUT in case you will loose the phone, or uninstall app then you need to send a support ticket to remove-it
