If i already got the ribbons in this event and didnt do this event would i lose them?

You'd never lose a ribbon if you already unlocked it, but keep in mind that there are some exceptional such as Mercenary Pass ribbon (By reaching level 40 or higher in the MP), You'd lose it when the new mercenary pass event starts, and couple more.

You will never lose ribbons that you already have except from the honorable soldier and the premium ribbon from the mercenary pass. Year after year they want to give new players a chance to achieve ribbons that they were not able to get previous.
