Why do I not have permanent M4, AK and grenade, but they do?

Maybe because your account is older than theirs? In the past there were no permanent weapon beside the M16 but today there are multiple permanent weapons when you make a new account.

You get the G-Yellow Crystal permanently once you reach Major General 2, you must be Lieutenant General 3 to get the M4A1-S-Yellow Fractal permanently and for the AK-47-K-Yellow Fractal, you get it permanently once you reach General 2.
