evry time when i log in i get eror i unistal the game and is the same

I got the same problem the Error is: 0xE019101A and it crashes a few seconds after login...
Maybe the fix it for us, but i got no idea how to solve it

Till now, nothing is fixed I am with my boys and we cant play... oh man oh man maybe i should change the game...
