M4A1-S-Angel is obtainable from Spin the wheel event which is based on how lucky you're (or/and) how far you are willing to go to own such a unique item.
It could cost just a small amount of ZP or a small fortune. You never really know when (or) if you're going to win it. Therefore it has many features including the Charge forward ability (Melee movement speed is applied when you hold the main weapon) you mentioned.
M4A1-S-Molten Beast in the other hand definitely remains a cool weapon to own but not as unique as the M4A1-S-Angel because you could just obtain it from the shop by buying the molten beast collection making the ZP you spend gives you guaranteed weapons, unlike the M4A1-S-Angel & Spin the wheel event.
Each weapon is unique in its own way which makes some more valuable to players than others. I'm pretty sure it'd be silly to have the same exact weapon over and over, wouldn't you agree?
