Check it again, it just takes a few minutes usually for the crate tickets to appear. If not restart CF and they should be there.

Just purchased 100k zp and got only 5 free crate tickets.... log off and try again still nothing change
For any issues with rewards or ZP purchase you need to send a support ticket.
