Broken build for SS S&D
Marksman with either a RSH-12 or Raging Bull. You pretty much remove the weakness of these type of gun due to the Marksman class able to reload faster and having less recoil and with the skill active and passive you pretty much have a mini sniper rifle that can be fire in semi auto rapid mode.
