Problem when I join to a server on a windows vista PC

Hi

I have a problem. When I start Cross Fire I log me in my account. Then will I join to a server and the programm hang always by step 4. So I would ask what I can do?

Strange, try rebooting and reinstalling.

Help please

ok thanks now come I into the game but when I would go into a level then load it the half and than comes "The connection to the server has been deledet" or so. what should I do now??
